Virtual Art Department Asset
Project Overview
Multiple versions of the Ready Player One DeLorean Time Machine were created to support previs and Virtual Art Department needs.
The clean configuration featuring bullet-hole damage details is shown here.
This final pass focused on a full hard-surface reconstruction, emphasizing geometric accuracy, clean topology, and modern look-development standards suitable for close-up hero shots and real-time review workflows.
All geometry was rebuilt from a foundational blockout, with scan data used as dimensional and detailing reference, ensuring the asset remained accurate to the referenced films while remaining modular, performant, and production-ready across multiple downstream use cases.
